Role Context: Lead the Strategy & Offer team for the UK Personal Investing organization, focusing on business strategy, enablement, offer strategy, and governance. Drive digital strategy, cross-functional change, and develop future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies for retirement and investment offers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance & OGC.
• Address strategic questions and expand market share.
• Lead and develop high-potential talent.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration within Vanguard and externally.
• Manage P&Ls and allocate resources effectively.
