Join Our Team as a Customer Information Controller at Romford.
The Role
Based in the Anglia Integrated Control Centre near Romford Station, you will manage the provision of customer information during disruption for the Greater Anglia network, providing both customers and colleagues with accurate and speedy information updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regular communication of messages that convey the story of the incident.
- Liaise with colleagues in the Anglia Integrated Control Centre.
- Collaborate with Network Rail and other Train Operating Companies.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Team for effective messaging

- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and passionate in ensuring customer safety
- Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment.
- A problem solver, as the role will encounter many different situations, whilst always maintaining integrity.
- Due to the number of the different IT systems, you will be working with, you must be IT-literate. Understanding the requirements of customer information during disruption is needed
