Business Configurator

Business Configurator to join the UK Transformation Programme, the largest business transformation programme at Allianz, it's purpose to harmonize, simplify and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees and, ultimately, customers. About the Role As a
Business Configurator you will work with the Transformation team to build and configure products and supporting processes in Instanda. You'll work as part of an agile project team, linking across various stakeholders to support the creation and implementation of new capabilities; including building products, business rules, task management and reporting capabilities, in a no low code environment. You'll act as a change ambassador for the new system as well as Transformation.
Key Accountabilities - Supporting the Transformation team by working as part of a scrum team to deliver outcomes for a variety of stakeholders
- Analysing requirements to design and document configuration of the new system, ensuring key design principles are met using problem solving and design solution skills
- Ensuring clear governance processes are followed and documented
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local change pipeline; understanding the impact, highlighting risks, issues and barriers and keeping key stakeholders informed
- Supporting the UAT process of the system configuration and of testing new functionalities
- Adopting agile methodology to ensure deliverables are met
About You We're looking for a tech savvy individual, who can act as a change ambassador and has the ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines.
Key Skills & Experience- Knowledge of insurance products and processes is useful
- Specific tech skills aren't required but you'll need to be inquisitive with new technology/systems; previous coding knowledge would be beneficial
- You'll be confident with Excel, with a strong working knowledge of formulas and advanced functionalities
- You'll be a team player with the ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional and international teams
- You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts in an everyday language with a all levels of stakeholder
- You'll have strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- You'll have an efficient & results-oriented working style, and positive, pragmatic attitude
- Experience of working to agile principles or as part of an agile project is preferred, but not essential
