This Port Services Coordinator position in the Maritime Team here at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our maritime department. Role Overview

Key accountabilities for the Port Services Coordinator include:

  • Manage invoices: Handle daily invoices, validate costs, and approve them.
  • Coordinate with budget holders: Ensure tariffs and discounts are correctly recorded.
  • Investigate cost variances: Compare forecasted and actual costs, resolve differences.
  • Respond to queries: Address inquiries from port agents and service providers.
  • Handle debit balances: Manage and update debit balances, request refunds if needed.

This role is classified as [CUK14] and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
