Arrow is the UK's largest airport Private Hire transport provider. We are trusted to deliver a professional, high quality service throughout our business.We are looking for a Taxi Controller to join our amazing team.You will be fully trained on our computer systems.
Responsibilities and Duties· Managing dispatch using our Autocab Dispatch system (Experienced in other systems is acceptable as full training will be given
Dealing with passenger's face to face· Inbound and outbound phone calls· Working in a fast-paced environment· Solving problems· Helping customers· Answering emails
Qualifications and Skills· Experience in Taxi control
Autocab system experience but not essential
Excellent communication skills· Computer Literate· Strong customer service skills· Motivated and professional
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
