Job Purpose: The Head of Innovation Delivery will drive the growth and development of the PMI product team, aligning Digital, Automation, and CRM capabilities. This role is pivotal in designing the strategic roadmap for PMI’s technology capabilities, from identifying customer needs to implementing new systems and solutions that support our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an agile practice and governance framework.
• Lead customer-centric and agile ways of working across PMI product teams.
• Manage the implementation of new technical solutions, removing blockers that impede product development or delivery.
• Maintain and develop digital architecture and solution design through to implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement within the product development cycle.
• Build and manage PMI Data and Insight capabilities.
• Support the PMI leadership team in defining and implementing a multi-year transformation strategy.
• Engage with internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Support the development and management of the transformation budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (scrum/kanban) and experience in managing backlogs and sprint delivery.
• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, DevOps, Trello).
• Proven experience as a successful Scrum Master or similar role.
• Background in renewable energy, technology, or a related industry is a plus.
