GRADUATE RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GRADUATE RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

If you are a driven, enthusiastic RICS accredited building surveying graduate looking to take the next step into employment and progress your career to Chartered status through the APC training programme, get in touch.

At Lea Hough, we have highly experienced surveyors working alongside younger surveyors who have recently gone through the APC process, so we are best placed to help you on your chosen career path, whilst you help us develop and improve our practice.

We have a strong team ethic where everyone helps each other, be it with a construction project or assisting with the APC process. We will provide full support, through our RICS approved Structured Training Programme.

Our APC training programme has had great success over the past few years with many of our graduates having passed their APC at the first attempt to achieve their goal of becoming MRICS Chartered Surveyors.

SURVEY & VALUATION TEAM

Our six strong team of RICS Registered Valuers cover a diverse spread of work across all types of property including commercial, industrial, educational and residential. Our Valuers act for a range of private clients, local authorities, housing associations and lending institutions.

We offer our clients a full range of Valuation and Surveying services within residential and commercial markets including market valuations, acquisition surveys, asset valuations and mortgage lending to name but a few.

YOUR ROLE

As a Graduate Surveyor, you would work with our experienced team providing a variety of valuation and surveying services. This would enable you to gain a full range of residential and commercial survey/valuation experience that will assist you in your goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

We have an enviable track record of training-up and supporting Graduate Surveyors through their APC process, resulting in several of our surveyors having qualified as MRICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers in quick time whilst working at Lea Hough.

We provide full support through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), via our Structured Graduate Training Programme.
