Job Responsibility:

Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional massage services, including but not limited to neck and shoulder therapy, lumbar therapy, head massage, and full-body massage. Candidates must be familiar with human anatomy, possess excellent massage skills and techniques, and have at least one year of experience.

2. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate massage therapies to help them relax, relieve pain, and improve overall health.

3. Ensure the massage area remains clean and hygienic, strictly following disinfection standards, while also maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment and tools.

4. Establish good relationships with clients by providing a comfortable and professional service experience. Must have strong communication skills to patiently address clients' concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Provide post-massage care advice and relaxation techniques to help clients maintain their well-being.

6. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, working closely with colleagues to improve service quality and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

1. Certification: Must hold a UK-recognized ITEC or VTCT certification (Level 2 or above).

2. Language Skills: Must be fluent in Mandarin. Proficiency in English and/or Cantonese is a plus.

3. Professionalism: Must demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and attention to detail.

4. Experience: Prior experience in massage therapy or beauty treatments is preferred. Training may be provided for candidates with no experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
