Now we are looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join our team!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handle and protect sensitive information in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with Client Support, Product, Technical Support, and other departments to ensure seamless legal support and information flow.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with current laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and ensure compliance across all departments.
• Provide legal assistance and advice to internal teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to legal matters.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal practices and compliance requirements.

About You:

• Graduated from a legal university/faculty or have at least 1 year of experience in the legal field.
• Previous experience in Legal Support role within a corporate setting would be a plus.
• Conversational English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
• High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
