Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Autosar Lead to be based at our customer's office in Milton Keynes, UK.

Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Define the Platform Software Architecture for Safety Critical ECUs
• Help in Design, Develop, and Integrate Complex Device Drivers
• Configure the Classic AUTOSAR BSW for various functions like Com, Memory, Diagnostics.
• Lead a team of 5+ Software Engineers in a Agile mode as a Technical Product Owner
• Customer First Mindset to adapt and deliver the best solution for Customer problems

The role requires being onsite at the customer's location 3 days a week.

This role can be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Experience in Automotive Embedded Software development
• Strong Experience in Device Driver , Operating System development using Safety Critical MCUs
• In depth Knowledge and Experience with Infineon AURIX Family of MCUs (TC3xx)
• Experience in Platform Software development and Integration for Conventional Powertrain (Engine Control, Transmission) and e Powertrain ECUs (Inverter, BMS, Charger)
• Experience with Implementation of Functional Safety related concepts in Platform software like Memory
• Protection and ISO 26262 compliant process
• Experience in working with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s in understanding the V cycle development process and Timeline for developing ECUs from A sample till SOP

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Autosar BSW, Infineon AURIX Family of MCUs (TC3xx)
• Experience in Device Drivers, Conventional Powertrain (Engine Control,Transmission) and e Powertrain ECUs (Inverter, BMS, Charger)
• Knowledge of ISO21434, ISO26262 and ASIL
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Information Security/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science.
