Who we are?

Raoul Wigmakers is an independent business based in Paddington London.

We are looking for a full-time Wig Consultant to join our friendly team in London’s oldest wig making studio, established 1899. Our clientele varies from NHS, private, cosmetic, theatrical and medical requirements. Previous experience of working with wigs is not essential, however great people skills, knowledge of wigs and an enthusiasm to learn more about them is paramount.

Wig Sales Consultant Key Skills/ Attributes Required

The ability to:

• Carry out wig consultations to help clients choose an appropriate wig for their needs
• Provide informative information about products and services we offer
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, willing to go the extra mile
• Professional and confident with strong communication skills
• Adapt easily to diverse types of customers
• Work alongside others with a creative eye and a can-do attitude
• Run a daily column for consultations
• Keep busy and thrive working in a fast-pasted environment

Qualifications and experience

The applicant must have previous customer service experience, retail or a creative style with a keen willingness to learn and develop their skill set.

Job Type

Full-time, basic salary plus monthly commission

Working Hours and Benefits

Required working hours will be: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with an occasional late night and Saturday when required.
