Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a Salon Assistant who is ideally a school leaver currently studying their first year (Level 1 )of their Hairdressing course, to join our team on a part time basis at our salon in Hayes Middlesex. As a Salon Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hairdressing industry and eager to develop their skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist senior stylists with various salon tasks- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met- Perform basic salon services such as shampooing, blow-drying, and styling hair- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of salon stations and equipment- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes- Support reception, including scheduling appointments and managing client records

Qualifications:- Previous experience in a salon or beauty-related environment is preferred but not required- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for clients- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Passion for the hairdressing industry and eagerness to learn new techniques and trends- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior stylists
