Summary

We are seeking a dedicated self employed Childcare Provider to join our team on a zero hour contract at The Relief Group working hours that suit the candidates schedule within the Croydon area. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development. This position is essential in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality family-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe environment.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime.
• Support children's learning through educational play and structured activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized space to ensure safety and hygiene.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles is preferred.
