Job Description :

PDG Aviation Services is one of the leading on shore helicopter operators in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking to recruit a Hangar Assistant for our busy Inverness Operation Base.

This is a permanent and full-time position working an equal time on/off shift system based on a 35-hour week which includes regular weekend working. All hours worked more than 35 hours per week will be taken off as Time Off in Liew (TOIL).

Duties :

• Handling and loading of aircraft

• Refuelling aircraft

• Hooking on and off underslung loads

• Driving 4×4 vehicles and towing of fuel bowsers

Requirements :

• Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

• Full clean UK driving license

• Ability to work unsupervised and to be self-motivated

• Flexible approach to working hours and patterns as the position will require working away from home

• Good geographical knowledge of the UK

Full training for the role will be provided.
