Our team is passionate about helping people see clearly and feel confident in their eyewear choices. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Optical Dispenser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear, ensuring that their needs and preferences are met.
• Measure customers for prescription lenses and ensure proper fit of frames.
• Dispense eyewear according to prescriptions, ensuring the highest standard of quality.
• Provide advice on lens types, coatings, and frame styles that best suit the customer's needs.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure the accuracy of the orders.
• Maintain inventory of frames and lenses, and assist with reordering when necessary.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of eyewear and dispensing equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to provide excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or in a related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of optical products, eyewear fitting, and prescription lenses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
