✨Join a Team That Truly Cares!✨
Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference? We are a small, family-run care company that believes in delivering care that goes above and beyond. Unlike larger care providers, we take a personal approach, ensuring both our clients and carers feel truly valued and supported.
Why Choose Willows?
✨ A Supportive & Friendly Team - The majority of our care assistants have worked with us for over 3 years! We look after our employees, so they want to stay. We never promise anything we cannot deliver. We keep in touch through a group WhatsApp and regularly organise social evenings to build a strong and supportive community.
✨ Paid Travel Time - All care visits are within a 3-mile radius, meaning less time on the road and more time with clients.
✨ Rewarding & Meaningful Work - You'll support the same clients regularly, helping to build trusting relationships and deliver quality, person-centered care.
✨ Highly Rated Employer - We're proud of our excellent reviews on Google and Facebook, reflecting the positive impact we make on both our clients and staff.
⭐ What Our Carers Say:"As a previous carer at willows, I thought I'd leave my own personal review, I left willows after 18mth only due to the fact of the commute as I live in Cleverley's I lasted 3 month and in that 3 month I tried 2 different care companies, my passion to care is , to promote independence, dignity and to just simply care for clients as I would care for my own loved ones. Moving on left me totally disheartened, frustrated and upset for the clients that wanted to FOLLOW ME on my journey back to WILLOWS where all my values and beliefs are honoured, and I am able to promote all my beliefs in how care should be delivered. Charlotte and the team are all I need to be happy..... Commute now is irrelevant to bring Job satisfaction and fulfilment. We need more Charlotte's and her team in the world of care."_ - Mandy, Current Carer at Willows
