Summary

We are looking for a Play Worker to join our dynamic team at Premier Education. In this role, you will facilitate engaging play and sports activities for primary school children, fostering their development and encouraging a love for physical activity. Your contributions will be vital in creating a positive and active environment for our young participants.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead engaging play activities that promote physical development and teamwork
  • Manage site, staff and children.
  • Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Encourage participation and enthusiasm in various sports and games.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff to foster positive relationships.
  • Support children's social skills through group activities and interactions.
  • Monitor children's progress and provide feedback on their development.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead activities with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Leadership qualities to manage groups effectively.
