Job Title: Technology Solutions Consultant
Salary Range: £25,000 – £28,000 per year
OverviewWe are looking for a Technology Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic IT company and help clients optimize their technology infrastructure. In this role, you will assess business needs, recommend cutting-edge IT solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver customized technology strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored IT solutions
- Design, implement, and optimize IT systems, networks, and software solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Advise clients on emerging technologies, and IT best practices
- Collaborate with internal developers, engineers, and project managers for solution deployment
- Conduct training sessions and documentation for end-users and IT teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or system integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
