The Enhanced Support Team will play a crucial role in providing proactive and comprehensive support to students, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed academically and personally. The team will adopt a multi-disciplinary approach, with specialisms in areas such as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (B.A.M.E) student support, care-experienced and estranged student support, mental health, autism, and complex disability support, as well as careers and placement support. The Support Coach (Autism and Mental Health) role will report to the EST Team Manager and will involve the delivery of proactive and comprehensive support to students as outlined in the Access and Participation Plan.
