Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Manager

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: Competitive, pro-rata based on experience

Hours: Part-Time (16 hours per week)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and support our team.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking for flexibility. The Accounts Manager will take ownership of day-to-day accounting processes, reporting, and financial oversight, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial function.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

· Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll, and VAT returns

· Maintain accurate financial records using Sage.

· Support budget planning and forecasting

· Liaise with external accountants

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar accounts or finance role

· Accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and UK tax regulations

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities
