We're Hiring: FCL Sea Freight Operator

Location: Colchester

Salary: Competitive - Up to £35K (DOE)

Join a thriving team at an expanding freight company, where we're looking for an experienced FCL Sea Freight Operatorto manage full container load shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage door-to-door FCL sea freight operations
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and manage relevant documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any shipment issues proactively

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in FCL sea freight operations (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
