Job Description :

OverviewWe are currently seeking a Dispatch Operator to join our team in coordinating and managing transportation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties– Coordinate and schedule transportation activities- Utilise transportation management systems to track and manage vehicles and drivers- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams- Perform data entry tasks accurately- Utilise APEX system for dispatch operations- Ensure smooth operation and recovery processes- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers/clubs

Experience– Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is advantageous- Proficiency in transportation management systems is a plus- Strong customer services skills
