Job Description :
Location: Based at Billingham on Teesside and covering the A19 from Dishforth to Jarrow
Type of Work:
- Working as part of a team on the Incident Support Unit (ISU) you will be a first responder to incidents and vehicle breakdowns on the busy A19 road.
- When not attending to incidents, operative will be doing other duties such as litter picking, sign clearing, grass/vegetation cutting and drain clearing.
- These duties are a large part of the role.
Shift Times:
- 03:45 – 12:15 (Early)
- 11:45 – 20:15 (Late)
- 08:00 – 16:30 (Day)
- Availability for all shift types is essential
Essential:
- Cat C1 (7.5t) Driving Licence
Desirable:
- CSCS Card
- Driver CPC Card
- Traffic Management Experience
Relevant training is available for the right candidates and immediate inductions and starts are available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
