Working along side our management team, your duties will be

• Serving customers to our standards, advising on all our dishes, through out the day, including daily fish specials, advising on wine accompaniments, all of which you will receive in house and external training for.
• Aiding with training and supervision of junior team.
• Ensuring maintenance of all cleaning and health and safety.
• Aiding with ideas to improve marketing and social media input into continuous growth of the Restaurant.
• Aiding management team with daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing, cash management, Ordering and stock management.
