Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, along with the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.

Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in training, mentoring, and supervising staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Utilise social media management skills to promote store events and engage with customers online.
• Encourage upselling techniques among staff to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
