Are you a detail-oriented and data-savvy analyst with a passion for driving real business change? Join Peabody as a Service Charge Project Analyst supporting our Service Charge transformation programme, where your work will directly impact our residents, colleagues, and the wider organisation.

We're looking for someone who can dive into financial and property data, streamline processes, and support improvements in IT systems, the customer journey, and colleague experience — all while helping to maximise income for Peabody. You'll be translating complex data into clear projections and recommendations, modelling current business processes and helping redesign them for the future. Your work will influence both the resident experience and how we operate behind the scenes.

You'll be comfortable handling large datasets, building financial models, and clearly communicating the story behind the numbers. A background in service charges or housing would be advantageous, but not essential.

If you're analytical, proactive, customer-focused - and you want to make a real difference - we'd love to hear from you!

About you:

  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in project or programme environments where transformation and business change were key goals.
  • Experience with service charges and property costs.
  • The ability to turn large volumes of data into meaningful information and able to present to stakeholders at all levels.

You'll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely.
