You'll assist in preparing and serving fresh Cinnabon products while ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming. As a team member, you'll greet and engage with customers, offering friendly, prompt, and helpful service to ensure an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with fellow team members to maintain smooth, efficient operations, especially during peak hours. In addition, you'll suggest products to customers, upsell promotions, and inform them about new or seasonal menu items. You'll also assist with routine cleaning tasks, ensuring that the store is always in top shape and providing a clean, welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Whether you're taking orders, handling cash, or making sure every cinnamon roll is just right, your attention to detail and positive attitude will help keep things running smoothly.
