About the Role:

This fast-paced and exciting role involves building and maintaining relationships, attracting top teaching talent, and promoting our candidates to partner schools. You’ll need determination, resilience, and a drive to succeed.

Working Hours:

• Term time: 7 am – 4 pm or 8:30 am – 5 pm.
• School holidays: 9 am – 3 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am – 1 pm on Fridays at full pay.

Deal Breakers:

• The role is office-based.
• You must have a valid driving licence.

Our Package:

Realistic earnings:

• Competitive basic salary of £26,600 per annum.
• Year 1: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
• With uncapped earnings, you can expect upwards of £40,000+ OTE in Year 2
