We're looking for a head Chef to be part of for our Bistro. You will be working with the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based Menu. The ideal candidate will have a passion to create exceptional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness- Create innovative and appealing menu items while considering cost and quality- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and functionality

Requirements- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to help motivate a team effectively- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently- A creative flair for menu development while keeping up with industry trends- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,200.00-£34,000.00 per year
