**Job Title: Registered Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home**
**Location:** Spalding, PE11
**Shift Type:** Full-Time (Days)
**Salary:** £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
### **About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN)** to lead our **outstanding nursing home** in Spalding. This is a **senior leadership role** where you will be responsible for **overseeing all clinical and operational aspects** of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care while maintaining CQC compliance.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
? **Clinical Leadership:**
– Provide expert **nursing leadership** to the care team
– Oversee **medication rounds**, care planning, and clinical procedures
– Ensure **NMC guidelines** and **CQC standards** are met
? **Operational Management:**
– Manage **staff rotas, training, and performance**

### **Essential Requirements:**
**Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)**
**3+ years’ experience as a Nurse Manager** in a **nursing/care home**
Proven **leadership skills** in a **senior nursing or managerial role**
Strong knowledge of **CQC regulations and elderly/dementia care**
Excellent **clinical, organizational, and communication skills**
