**Job Title: Registered Nurse Team Leader (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – General & Dementia Nursing**

**Location:** Chorley, PR7

**Shift Type:** Day Shifts (8am-8pm)

**Salary:** £20.36 per hour (+ Enhanced Overtime Rate £28.36)

**Start Date:** September

### **Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse Team Leader (RGN/RMN/RNLD)** to lead our dedicated nursing team in a dynamic care environment. This role involves overseeing both **General Nursing and Dementia Nursing** units, ensuring the highest standards of **clinical care, leadership, and patient safety**.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

– Provide **clinical leadership** and supervision to nursing staff.

– Deliver **person-centered care** to residents with **general nursing and dementia care needs**.

– Ensure compliance with **NMC guidelines** and **care home regulations**.

– Conduct **assessments, care planning, and medication administration**.

– Mentor and support **student nurses** and **care staff**.

– Collaborate with **multidisciplinary teams** to enhance **patient outcomes**.

– Maintain accurate **clinical records** and uphold **CQC standards**.

### **Essential Requirements:**

– **Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)**.

– Proven experience in **General Nursing & Dementia Nursing**.

– Strong **leadership skills** (previous **Ward Sister/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead** experience desirable).

– Excellent **clinical decision-making** and **communication skills**.

– Compassionate, proactive, and committed to **elderly care**.

### **Desirable Qualifications:**

– **NVQ Level 3/4** in Health & Social Care.

– Experience in a **nursing home/care home** setting.
