Senior Event Operations Manager

We are looking for an incredible Senior Event Operations Manager to join us at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

As Senior Operations Manager you will OWN the delivery of spectacular events from corporate reception, box hospitality, private dinners and other bespoke packages across the building. You’ll lead a team of 10 managers and up to 100 casual staff on event days.

You’ll ensure these spaces are prepared to the highest standards and deliver world class guest experiences. The ideal Senior Operations Manager will have previous events experience working in a luxury hotel or venue in C&B operations. On the commercial side, a natural salesperson with good financial acumen. As this is a key role within the Hall we’re looking for an aspiring leader, with the ability to manage a team, deliver amazing staff briefings and delegate responsibility whilst being hands-on. The Senior Operations Manager will work closely with our GM, chefs and logistics teams to create a seamless experience.
