Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Lead Recruiter to join our team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:- Utilise our in house recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates.- Lead generation through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.- Implement social media management strategies to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.

Qualifications:

- CIPD Level 3 preferable- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources with a focus on full-cycle recruiting processes.- Proficiency in using ATS systems for candidate tracking.- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
