About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager and developing professional to make a difference in the Global Rewards team at Kraft Heinz. The Global Rewards Manager position will support the management of global cycles, processes and projects to support multiple business units across varying geographies in alignment with the global strategy. As a member of the Rewards Delivery team this position will partner with the local Rewards & HR teams providing advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes. This role focuses on high-level analysis and implementation/execution.

This role presents an opportunity to continuously improve, streamline and transform Kraft Heinz Global Rewards policies, routines, and special projects, such as Salary Range development, Job Evaluation, external Benchmarking, and Merit Process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for Kraft Heinz Rewards colleagues that support Europe & Pacific Developed Markets, as well as Asia Emerging Markets
  • Provide advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes
  • Build and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the Zone in different time zones, in order to collaborate and, when needed, challenge local practice to improve was of working
  • Review, and approve/deny job evaluations for Director & above levels using Hay Methodology
  • Manage, support, and implement special projects improving global compensation programs and routines, e.g., Job Evaluation simplification, Salary Range Development, Merit process
  • Support key stakeholders, such as Regional Rewards teams, Business Unit Rewards Leads in the execution of compensation routines and processes
  • Research and identify other opportunities for simplification/streamlining of compensation related process improvements
  • Support annual salary survey participation for multiple countries, mainly focused on Mercer

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
  • Upwards of 5 years experience in Rewards / HR related field
  • Experience in project management, prioritizing and planning
  • Familiarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology, and annual survey participation, preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Advanced Excels skills and numeric & analytical capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Interest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Personal integrity and ability to deal with and be trusted with confidential information
