About the role

You will lead on the development and delivery of classroom-based and work-based Undergraduate and Postgraduate Higher Education programmes, to include:

• Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship
• Certificate/ Postgraduate Certificate/ Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Levels 5,6,7)
• Masters in Education (M.Ed)
• BA Hons Early Years Studies
• BA Policing (ends Summer )

You will also oversee the Colleges' Teaching and Learning observation processes and Teacher Development for the wider college provision, to include:

• Further Education (FE)
• Adult Learning
• Higher Education (HE)
• Apprenticeships

About you

You will hold a degree or equivalent along with knowledge and experience of current practices and innovations in HE and FE and in particular statutory and national developments in Initial Teacher Education. You will also have detailed knowledge of the requirements for an Ofsted inspection of Initial Teacher Education.
