Job Summary

You’ll track and monitor progress while creating personalised support and behaviour plans for learners with additional needs. Duties

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and prepare teaching materials that enhance student learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and feedback.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students, fostering their personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course offerings and improve teaching methods.
• Stay updated on developments in the field of study and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the strategic direction of the department.

Qualifications

• You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or hold a professional qualification in Maths or English.
• You will either hold a teaching qualification or have a willingness to work towards this within 3 years, as well as a real passion for teaching.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,500.00 per year
