Job Description :
Day Inclusion Officer: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can support the needs of individuals who have a learning need or disability.
The ability to work on ones own or in small groups setting and supporting activities and learning.
A willingness to participate in group activities such as swimming, sports events.
The individual post will require the person to recognise individual needs and respond quickly to events that challenge those they are supporting.
An ability to work from a support plan and advocate for individuals you support vital.
Valuing those you support and work with a necessity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
