Job Overview:

Working as part of a progressive service with adults who have a learning need/disability.

The role will require you to supervise, organise a small staff team with their allocated duties and roles.

To organise with the support of management activities and events.

The role will require the applicant to participate in group and individual activities such as swimming, art and craft and sports events.

This role requires the applicant to have a driving licence as the Day Hub has its own community access car.

This individual competencies will require them to have good oral and written English.

A understanding of Individuals with a Learning Disability and communication needs.

A understanding of Safeguarding essential.

Level 3 NVQ Social/Healthcare desirable .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
