Job Description :

You will collaborate with the eRostering Manager to improve the use of our e-Rostering system across the Trust, focussing on reducing temporary staffing usage and, maximising benefits. You will empower colleagues, including senior leadership by providing training and support to enhance their skills and challenge current practices. You will advocate for excellent e-rostering practices, providing insights into complex rostering issues as part of the Trusts check and challenge process. You will also monitor and report on how the system is being used, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading change management projects. Develop the use of the eRostering suite of systems (HealthRoster, Loop, Roster Perform and SafeCare), across the Trust to ensure benefits are maximised, including reduction of temporary staffing usage. Work with trust colleagues, including senior leadership, empowering them to realise benefits and maximise the system. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the eRostering system. Develop reports on system performance, usage trends and compliance with policies and regulations, triangulating and presenting this data with other data sets to provide analysis. This will involve challenging current practice and helping colleagues to develop their eRostering skills through the provision of training and support to promote proficient use of the system. Advocate for best eRostering practice and advising on both short-term and long-term solutions to complex rostering problems within the Check and Challenge process. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the eRostering system, identifying opportunities for improvement in how people utilise the system. Lead change management projects to implement these improvements, whilst ensuring maximum engagement. Develop reports on system performance, usage trends and compliance with policies and regulations, triangulating and presenting this data with other data sets to provide analysis. Measure and review the outcomes of the engagement process and the projects you implement to ensure benefits are realised, reporting these to the eRostering and Temporary Staffing Project Board as part of the Value Improvement Programme. Identify risks and escalate these through the appropriate channels (i.e. senior leadership, project board), keeping records following project management methodologies.
