Job Description : Permanent | 18.75 hrs per week We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team to support our Urology and Continence Nursing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and excels in a busy, patient-focused environment. About You Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience Experience working in a customer service environment Experience with general database and spreadsheet work If you're a compassionate, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you! Reporting into the Lead Nurse (Urology), your responsibilities will include: Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets, following up on outstanding information from families, schools, and other departments. Communicate with parents, schools, GPs, and clinicians to gather necessary patient information. Handle sensitive inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt responses and compassionate support. Triage and delegate calls and messages, working with different departments to address patient-specific queries. Monitor and order supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
