Job Description :

The Position:Doxabeta is seeking a visionary Lead Blockchain Interaction Graphic Designer to spearhead the design of user interfaces for blockchain applications in a web 3.0 software development and IT consultancy company. As a leader in our team, you will be instrumental in shaping user experiences for decentralised systems, leveraging blockchain technology to create innovative and user-centric products.

The Ideal Candidate:Our ideal candidate must have experience introducing new products and major projects, particularly in the public sector, financial, and education sectors. You will elevate our visual communication across diverse platforms, shaping our brand identity with innovative vision and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute design strategies for user interfaces in blockchain applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.3. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs that meet user needs and business goals.4. Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.5. Ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain UX design, emphasizing security, transaction flows, and smart contract interactions.6. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence in graphic design.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- Experience in UI/UX design for blockchain applications or decentralized systems.- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experience design.- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills advocating for user-centered design.

Highly Valued Skills:- Motion Graphics and Animation experience.- UI/UX design understanding.- Illustration and hand-drawn elements proficiency.- Photography and videography skills for visual content creation.
