The Position:We are looking for a talented and visionary Decentralised UX Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Doxabeta – a leading web 3.0 software development and IT consultancy company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning user interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps) that harness blockchain and other decentralised technologies. The Ideal Candidate:Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of introducing new products and major projects, particularly in sectors such as public services, finance, and education. Elevating visual communication across diverse platforms and shaping brand identity with innovative vision and impactful designs are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for decentralised applications.2. Conduct user research, testing, and usability studies to inform the design process and enhance user experiences.3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using advanced design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other complex software.4. Ensure that decentralised applications meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences for all users.5. Work closely with blockchain developers to integrate interface designs seamlessly with underlying technology.6. Stay updated on emerging trends in blockchain UX design and web 3.0 technologies, sharing insights to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.- Experience in UX design, specifically for decentralised applications or blockchain technologies.- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other complex software.- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralised systems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a fast-paced environment.
