Job Description :

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated ITALIAN SPEAKING Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

Duties– Supervising and coordinating all restaurant activities- Managing kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers- Ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise- Implementing and maintaining restaurant policies and procedures- Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies- Training and developing staff to deliver exceptional service

Requirements– Previous experience in a manag role within the hospitality or hotel industry- Knowledge of culinary and bartending practices- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively- Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
